Machine Characteristics:

1) Knife roll speed adjustable: according to the customer's specific use requirements, the machine can be modified, adjust the corresponding parts to change the machine's knife roll speed, to meet the customer's different requirements for the size and output of the discharge.
2) Hydraulic forced feeding: open the oil pump, cylinder piston telescopic, so that the swing device rise or fall, automatically adapt to the height of the material changes, according to the different feed into the raw material, the pressure of the upper feeding roller is adjusted accordingly, so that the machine is more adaptable to raw materials, feed more smooth and smooth.
3) Easy to overhaul: using hydraulic system, it can be very convenient and quick to open the cover of the machine to check or replace the flying knife, screen.
4) Chain plate transfer: the chain plate material is 10 mm thick high manganese steel, is a typical antiwear steel, the as-cast structure is austenite plus carbide, after water toughness treatment, characterized by the strong impact, extrusion conditions, the surface layer quickly occurs work hardening phenomenon, so that it still maintains good austenite toughness and plasticity in the heart while hardening layer has good wear resistance. These characteristics determine that its service life can reach 22000 hours, which is much better than the 2000 hours of traditional belt transfer. In addition, the traditional belt transfer friction coefficient is small, which will lead to the slow feed speed and not smooth, and the chain plate feed fundamentally solves this problem.
5) Feed more smoothly: according to the market research, the bearing at the bottom of the feed device has been improved, and 2 bearings have been improved to 1 bearing, which makes the action of the chain plate to make the chain plate feed more smoothly. reduce the manufacturing cost of the machine, increase the output of the machine, and reduce the operating cost of the customer.
6) The chain plate length is the best: the chain plate length is 6 meters, which matches the specifications of each part of the machine to achieve the best performance of the machine.
7) Fixed and remote control dual control: in addition to the control cabinet fixed control, the machine is also equipped with remote control, so that the machine operation is more safe and convenient.
8) Frequency conversion regulation: feeding roller and chain plate conveying for frequency conversion automatic control, safe and simple operation. The machine will automatically adjust the feed speed according to the specification and quantity of feeding raw materials, and save energy and efficiency. and can automatically adjust the feed speed according to the main motor load to avoid the machine running without load.
9) Overload power off protection: the main motor is started by the soft start switch, there is overload protection device in the line, when the overload is running, the circuit will be cut off automatically.
10) Automatic adjustment of blocking material: when the machine is working normally, two feeding motors and chain plate conveying motors work at the same time. When plugging occurs, the feeding system stops feeding, and the feeding motor and the chain plate conveying motor are reversed together. When the feed material is too much, the current of the main motor increases, the frequency of the frequency converter is adjusted, the speed of the two feed motors is reduced, and the feed quantity is reduced. On the contrary, the current of the main motor decreases, the frequency of the frequency converter is adjusted, the speed of the two feed motors is increased, and the feed quantity is increased. This control process is implemented using the wireless remote control provided by our company.
