The machinery have two gas paths to work continuously, one catalytic combustion chamber, and two or more adsorption beds are used alternately. The organic waste gas was first adsorbed by activated carbon, then stopped when it reached saturation, then the organic matter was desorbed from the activated carbon by hot gas flow to regenerate the activated carbon; the desorbed organic matter had been concentrated (more than ten times higher than the original concentration) and sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic combustion into carbon dioxide and water vapor discharge. when the concentration of organic waste gas reaches more than 2000 PPm, the organic waste gas can maintain spontaneous combustion in the catalytic bed without external heating. part of the exhaust gas after combustion is discharged into the atmosphere, most of which are sent to adsorption beds for activated carbon regeneration. This can satisfy the heat energy needed for combustion and desorption, and achieve the purpose of energy saving. The regenerated activated carbon can enter the next adsorption; during desorption, the purification operation can be carried out by another adsorption bed, which is suitable for both continuous operation and intermittent operation.

Catalytic Purification Desorption System:

Flame Arrester: It is one of the safety devices of this purifying device, which is composed of the characteristic multilayer metal net, which can prevent the flame from passing through and filter out the larger particles (dirt) in the gas.
Heat Exchanger: winged heat transfer structure, its function is to use the heat released from the catalytic reaction to heat the imported exhaust gas, improve the utilization rate of heat energy, and reduce the heating electric energy.
Hot Resistance: The inlet heating temperature and purification temperature are measured by stainless steel protective pipe.
Catalyst Bed: composed of multi-layer honeycomb catalyst, which is the core of this device.
Explosion-proof Device: this are diaphragm pressure relief mode, when the equipment operation is abnormal, can crack the pressure relief in time to prevent accidents.
Desorption Fan: This device is operated under negative pressure by using the rear air induced type.

Catalytic Combustion Bed:

catalytic combustion is a purification method that uses catalyst to oxidize and decompose combustible components in harmful gases at lower temperature. for hc and organic solvents vapor oxidizes decomposition to produce carbon dioxide and water and releases heat.
It is necessary to mix the harmful gas to be purified and preheat it to the ignition temperature required by the catalyst, so that the combustible group in the harmful gas can be oxidized and exothermic separately.

when desorption occurs when the control and monitoring system is wrong or malfunction, the temperature controller will alarm automatically stop heating, and the cooling system will automatically open, when the desorption fan operation suddenly malfunction, heating system and fan linkage, heating will automatically stop, and the cooling system will automatically open, and start the straight row system.
97% ammonia gas was injected in the middle of the desorption process, and 97% ammonia gas was injected into the activated carbon adsorption bed after the desorption procedure was completed, so as to eliminate the hidden danger of safety caused by the heat storage and spontaneous combustion of the activated carbon itself.



Application Area:
